ASU Biodesign Building C

Progressive Roofing is honored to be part of Arizona State University’s Biodesign Institute master plan. This plan, when completed, will be a large four-building complex in which all buildings will be connected in some fashion.  This past April, work was completed on the 188,000 square foot building C of the ASU Biodesign Institute. Building C is five stories high with a basement. The basement will contain the world’s first compact X-ray free-electron laser. Top floors will consist of multidisciplinary research facilities. General contracting provided by McCarthy Building Companies Inc. and design services provided by ZGF Architects LLP and BWS Architects on this project.  ASU Biodesign Building C meets LEED Silver specifications with the goal of meeting an even higher standard.
