Food industry roofing has its own unique challenges. Progressive Roofing undertook these challenges with the Tillamook Cheese Factory in Oregon. Progressive Roofing worked with Garland Industries to develop a specification that would provide a long term solution. Due to the extent of previous issues, much of the existing wood deck planking was replaced. Logistics was another issue. Reroofing a Community College Reroofing a community college can have some unique challenges. Progressive Roofing was tasked with reroofing Terrell Hall at Portland Community College's Cascade Campus while school was in session. Progressive Roofing worked with Garland Industries to develop a specification that would provide a long-term solution for the campus.  Terrell Hall had some additional challenges in which each of the roof's three sections had a different life expectancy. School Roofing in Oregon Progressive Roofing is proud of the reroof project at Mountain View Middle School in Beaverton, Oregon. The school is located at 17500 SW Farmington Road in Beaverton, OR. The project consisted of a multifaceted system of single-ply and BUR (Built-Up Roof). Roof size was over 133,000 square foot which excludes metal roofing- which was not replaced.
