Progressive Roofing is hiring an experienced commercial roofing service foremen for our Service Department

Progressive Roofing’s Service Department is seeking an experienced Foreman with experience (inspection, leak repair, preventive roof maintenance, flash-in new curbs and pipes, small re-roofing). You will work on a variety of types of commercial roofs (built-up, single-ply, foam, tile, shingle, metal). If you have an experienced helper, we are open to hiring that person as well.

· Experience:

· Commercial Roofing Service Foreman, 2+ years

· More than one type of roof (Required)

· Driver’s License

· Language:

· English (Required)

· Spanish (Optional)

Specific Duties: Manage crew to successfully complete all assigned roofing work safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer specifications. Manage jobs and job sites, ensuring that all workers adhere to plans and safety codes

· Enforce employee schedules and construction timelines

· Keep superintendent updated on progress throughout the projects

· Understand and identify problems and challenges to each roofing system inspected

· Complete all reports and records properly and in a timely manner

License: Driver’s License (Required)

Skills/Qualifications needed:

· * Able to work in outside weather cold/hot.

· * Available to work extended hours, varying shifts, nights and weekends (when necessary)

· * Valid State driver’s license (in good standing) required

· * Ability to successfully pass post-offer physical fitness test & safety test are required.
