University of Arizona 6th Street Residence Hall, Tucson, AZ
The University of Arizona built the Sixth Street Residence Hall to give on-campus housing at the university to undergraduate students. Progressive Roofing performed over 100,000 SF of built-up roofing, metal siding, waterproofing and lightweight concrete. This project achieved LEED Platinum Certification and Core Construction was the Construction Manager for the project.
