Progressive Roofing was selected as the subcontractor for the urgent reroofing of Colorado Mills Mall in Lakewood, CO, following severe damage from a historic hailstorm. This critical project was expedited to mitigate significant revenue losses and to allow the mall to resume operations for both customers and employees. The extensive damage required over 1 million SF of roofing to be removed and replaced, including repairs to skylights and addressing widespread flooding. In line with environmental commitments, Progressive Roofing recycled approximately 75 semi-loads of insula􀆟on board from the tear-off. The project scope included installation of new Sarnatherm Iso 1/2″ coverboard, topped with Sika Sarnafil S-327 PVC membrane, ensured a watertight seal crucial for the interior repairs to proceed. Completed in an impressive three months, this project paved the way for the mall’s complete reopening within six months, demonstrating Progressive Roofing’s efficient and effective response to a challenging situation.
