The approval and awarding of 1GPA Contracts are conducted by the lead governmental entities associated with 1GPA.
Mohave Educational Services

Cooperative Educational Services (CES)
CES is the ONLY New Mexico-based Purchasing Cooperative, serving the state since 1979. CES is an organization comprised of New Mexico’s 89 school districts plus 81 other public education institutions, including charter schools.

TIPS Purchasing Cooperative
Established in 2002, the TIPS Purchasing Cooperative originated as a modest regional cooperative under the Region 8 Education Service Center. Evolving beyond its initial vision, the cooperative has grown into a national operation. Region 8 ESC continues to play a pivotal role as the Lead Agency in this expanded venture.
Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA)
The Arizona Cooperative Program is managed by the Arizona Department of Administration, State Procurement Office as authorized under Chapter 23, Article 10 of the Arizona Revised Statutes. The State has over 900 statewide contracts that are available to Co-Op Members to buy from.
1GPA - Deer Park (Texas)
