Progressive Roofing managed the roof renovation of The Blackwell Inn and Conference Center at Ohio State University, located in Columbus, OH. This project involved new construction and the installation of a 30-year Versico PVC roofing system, with contemporary metal standing seam roof panels and trim, which together gave the hotel and conference center a sleek, modern appearance. Spanning approximately 3,100 SF, this upscale hotel is situated right on the Ohio State University campus. The renovation was completed in December 2023, enhancing the aesthetic and functional aspects of this prominent on-campus facility.
